The Stroke Association for me, was an obvious choice as he'd had so many strokes. I wanted to do something good in memory of such a kind, beautiful soul.

I've never done a half marathon before and can only just run 1 mile without stopping for a break! I'm looking forward to the challenge this will give me and I hope I will do him proud.
