It's safe to say we've all had an experience with the police at some point. Whether it be an armed robbery or Dorothy's had her letterbox stolen again, they never hesitate from bringing justice to those who need it and being there for those who need them.

They do an amazing job of keeping us safe and punishing those who deserve it (for the most part). *

But who's there for them when they need you. Especially right now with all the negativity (google it if you want to find out more, I am not explaining it here I'm afraid nor am I leaving my opinion) surrounding them right now. Right now thousands of innocent police officers are having to deal with riots and hateful protests aimed directly towards them and they're doing so without any questions asked. 

However, this political battle is effecting thousands of men and women just like you and I. These men and women are out there every single day serving their community but they are having to take the heat for someone elses actions and it's safe to say it's getting to them. They need a shoulder to lean on during all of this, which is exactly what Police Care UK is for.

Police Care UK makes sure both serving and former police colleagues who suffer harm, and their families, have someone to when things get tough.We provide practical, emotional, and financial support that is confidential, independent and accessible.Our mission is to reduce the impact of harm on police and their families. We do this by ensuring everyone is aware of the harm police experience, enable people to recover and rebuild their lives, and engage with the police service to do all they can to reduce or prevent harm.

In order to help this amazing charity with their mission, I shall be partaking in Spa 24 Hour with the lads from Kabort Motorsport. Having failed to finish Le Mans we're determined to finish Spa 24 Hour this time.
