We have been friends for over 20 years, sharing holidays, celebrations, weddings, heartaches and fun together.  The last few years we have focused on running -  park runs, half marathons and marathons - because we can! This year, just for a change,  we have decided to get on 2 wheels and cycle instead, up and down mountains for 400 miles, in a beautiful country that neither of us have visited before. This is a great opportunity to raise money for St Elizabeth Hospice.  

Add, into this that it is Sam's 50th birthday this year (Sarah has been 50 for a while!) -  it seems like a good adventure to have together!

We look forward to sharing our training with you over the next few months. 

PS - Sarah has not done a lot of cycling before, Sam did London to Paris in 2017 -  but we are most definitely not a Bradley Wiggins!
