Story

I am attempting to climb Snowdon on the 18th September, with some of my friends and family who have also got Psoriatic arthritis (I say attempting to ‘climb’, as it may turn into a crawl! ;-))

Psoriatic arthritis is often a hidden conditions. Many people suffer from its debilitating effects.  Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic, inflammatory disease of the joints and where tendons and ligaments connect to bone. There is currently no cure and treatments also often have their own nasty side effects.

I am hoping to raise some much needed money for this charity, in the hope that one day there may be a cure!

About the charity

The Psoriasis Association helps people with psoriasis by providing up-to-date and reliable information via two websites, social media and helplines, working nationally to raise standards of patient care and improve education about psoriasis. The Charity funds vital research projects.
