Our NLF gym colleague and friend Louise, made us aware of this amazing charity she founded which is doing so much to support bereaved parents across Northern Ireland.

Along with my sisters in law, Aoibheann, Joanne and Pauline we are doing our small bit to support the charity by walking 100k steps as a team on 01 April with our fellow NLF gym members.
