I am running on 25th July 2021 in the Asics London 10k to help raise funds for The Friends of The Royal London Hospital (Whitechapel).The Friends of The Royal London Hospital have been supporting the RLH since 1979. All of its members are volunteers, and with no paid staff, which means that almost all of the funds raised are provided as grants to improve the experience of patients during their stay, and to provide equipment and services that directly benefit both patients and staff of the hospital.Thank you for supporting or sponsoring me!

I ran my 1st 5k park run on the day I discovered a breast lump which led to a rather challenging journey in the last year or so. This will be my first ever 10k and a celebration of life and friendship.
