Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I don't normally do running, so this will be a challenge for me, but The Argus Apeal has helped so many individuals and organisations over the last 60 years, I want to do my bit too.

My job at the paper means I've spoken to many people who in various ways have been supported by the appeal.

I've heard and written about the very real impact  it has made and so I urge people to do what they can to help.

For me, it means some time getting fit and making it round a 5km route which will be an achievement for  me.

Far more importantly, those supporting me will make all the difference in the world to those who need it.
