100 km Thames Path Challenge · 13 September 2014

We are the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We help people out of homelessness and campaign for the changes needed to solve it altogether.

Story

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page.

On 13th September 2014 I will be walking 100 km (62 miles) along the Thames path from Fulham to Henley. This will be the challenge of a lifetime and it's estimated to take between 20 and 30 hours to complete (that's with only short breaks, and no overnight stay!). As I'm not built for running or climbing, marathons and mountains were always out, but I wanted to do something tough, even if it's only ever the once.

I will be raising money for the homeless charity Crisis, as it is an issue which is important to me and I don't believe gets enough attention or support. I have put my goal as £750, but would like to collect much more if possible. So if you are able to donate, it would make me incredibly happy to have your support.

Now I'm off to train!
