Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In December last year my best friend Lisa Black sadly passed away after a hard battle with Cancer.  It is evident since her death that she has inspired so many people to cherish life and, in her words, GO.SEE.DO.   The care that the Caner Centre provided to her and her family was remarkable, and it was Lisa's wishes that money was donated here to thank all those who cared for her.

The abseil takes place on 11 April and is the first of my fundraising efforts..... there may be more to come.

About the charity

Each year Friends of the Cancer Centre funds life saving and life changing projects which make a real and positive difference to thousands of cancer patients and their families. The charity relies on donations from the public to be able to support these patients locally and across Northern Ireland.
