Ar y 24ain o Fai eleni, mi fyddaf yn rhedeg Marathon Lerpwl ynghyd ag aelodau eraill o'n nosbarth Prifysgol. Yn ogystal, byddaf yn rhedeg Hanner Marathon Sir Fôn mewn ychydig wythnosau ymlaen llaw. Bydd hyn yn llwyddiant enfawr i mi a felly, mi rydw i wedi penderfynu helpu eraill tra fy mod i ar y siwrne bersonol hon. Efallai bod rhai ohonoch yn nabod Sophie-Marie Jones yn bersonol neu wedi clywed amdani gennyf i. Mae Sophie yn ffrind agos i mi sydd yn anffodus wedi bod yn byw gyda epilepsi ers iddi fod yn 17 mlwydd oed. Mae hi wedi bod yn yr ysbyty am 16 wythnos ers mis Hydref yn ymladd y cyflwr hwn. Fel merch ifanc 25 mlwydd oed, sydd newydd gymhwyso fel gweithiwr cymdeithasol, ni ddylai hi, nag y miloedd o bobl eraill sydd gydag epilepsi yn y DU, fod yn dioddef fel hyn. O ganlyniad, rwyf wedi penderfynu codi arian ar gyfer elusen Epilepsi sydd yn agos i'w chalon hi a minnau. Byddwn yn gwerthfawrogi unrhyw gyfraniad i'r achos hwn. Diolch yn fawr. X

On the 24th of May this year, I will be taking part in the Liverpool Rock'n'Roll Marathon along with other members of my University cohort. I will also be running the Anglesey Half Marathon in a couple of weeks as part of the run up to this event. This will be a huge achievement for me and I have decided to help others while I'm on this personal journey. Perhaps some of you may know Sophie Jones personally or have heard about her from me. She is a close friend of mine that has unfortunately been living with epilepsy since the age of 17. She has currently been fighting this condition in hospital for more than 16 weeks since October. As a young 25-year old, newly qualified Social Worker, she, nor the thousands of other individuals in the UK with epilepsy, deserve to be suffering in this way. For this reason, I have decided to help raise money for 'Epilepsy Society'. I would appreciate any donation as it would mean so much to me and to Sophie. Thankyou very much. X
