This year, Si Recruitment are taking on the world's biggest half marathon; The Great North Run on Sunday 10th September 2023 in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. The team will run alongside Olympic legend Sir Mo Farah and 60,000 other participants in a 13 mile race across Newcastle to the finish line! 

Why Macmillan? 

There is around 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today, and more than 360,000 are diagnosed each year. Right now, million of people living with cancer are counting on Macmillan for help with paying bills, going through treatment and emotional support. 

In 2021, it's estimated that nearly 2.4 million people were reached by Macmillan's services - They also helped to reach millions more through their information and support resources. 

But they can't do it alone... 97% of Macmillan's work is funded by people like you, and they need your help more than ever before! 

Your donations, no matter how big or small, will go directly towards supporting patients and their families who are affected by cancer by providing essential care, support and resources for those most in need.
