Sithee's Skydiving for Stephen

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Stephen Sutton is a local teenager who has been battling cancer since the age of 15. On January 7th 2013, shortly after finding out his disease was incurable, Stephen made a Facebook page called “Stephen’s Story” (www.facebook.com/stephensstory). On the page he outlined a bucketlist of 46 things he wants to achieve in the near future. Since creating the page Stephen’s following has grown exponentially and he has inspired thousands of others with his positivity and passion for life. He has achieved more than most would in a lifetime; resulting in him winning countless awards in recognition of his inspirational work, most notably he has raised over £560,000 for charity in just over a year.
So far Stephen's JustGiving page has received nearly £4 million for Teenage Cancer Trust, and receives increasing donations daily.
Number 2 on Stephen’s bucketlist was to Skydive at Hibaldstow in August 2013.
As Stephen’s bucket list includes a Guiness World Record he decided to find more fundraisers to jump 10,000ft out of a plane with him and the aim was to break the “Most tandem parachute jumps in 24 hours” record which currently stands at 251 people!
Unfortunately Stephen lost his battle to Cancer and sadly passed away on May 14th 2014. However, I along with hundreds of others will be skydiving in his memory. His legacy will live on.
I understand that some people may be unwilling to sponsor as they may believe that my sponsorship money is going solely towards my skydive. However, I want to make it clear that £135 of the sponsorship money will go towards the skydive, and the rest raised will go directly to Teenage Cancer Trust.Charities pay a small fee for our service.
