Having being diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 in October 2012, I have been told that I need an urgent kidney transplant. My amazing friends have asked to be able to do something for me, other than donating a kidney, and so we want to raise funds for the hospital to help children and others who require life saving transplant surgery.
