There are 6 of us running as A TEAM in the British 10K London Run on Sunday 11 July 2010; we are doing this to help raise funds for this amazing charity Breast Cancer Hope - http://www.breastcancerhope.org.uk

Breast Cancer Hope is dedicated to improving the quantity and quality of life in women diagnosed with breast cancer, through funding high quality research in the fields of basic science, prevention, early detection and the treatment of breast cancer.  Breast Cancer Hope was founded in February 2005 by a group of Health care professionals working in the field of breast cancer and patients affected by the disease.  Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women today.

The Charity is chaired by Professor Kefah Mokbel, Consultant Breast Cancer and Endocrine Surgeon as St George’s and the Princess Grace Hospitals, and Professor at the Brunel Institute of Cancer Pharmacogenomics, who is a leading expert in the field of breast cancer.
