Assalamu Alaikum.

Our beloved bibi (paternal grandmother) has returned to our Lord on 22/07/2021. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Rajiun. We are raising money for the Bangladesh Housing Project for families who are struggling to live in good conditions. This will act as a form of Sadqah Jariyah not only for us all, but our beloved bibi. 

Deen Reliefs Bangladesh Housing Project started in 2018. Many in Bangladesh can only afford to live in houses made of mud and metal roofing sheets. The geographical location of the country leaves the country very prone to heavy rains and devastating tropical cyclones which can easily destroy the mud houses. Re-building houses may not be an option for some as many do not have the means to and even if they do have the means to re-build their homes, this only provides them with a temporary fix as the houses are still susceptible to damage. As a result of this, many families especially young children and the elderly are left homeless living on the streets, with little to no shelter over their heads.Thus the project aims to build more sustainable houses, with greater comfort and security for the poor, orphaned and disabled children, and the homeless in the Sylhet region of Bangladesh, one of the poorest areas of the country. Each house costs about £1800 to £2000 to build. We need you.

May Allah (SWT) grant our bibi the highest level of Jannatul Firdous and expand her grave, shedding light into it. May Allah (SWT) forgive her for her sins. Please keep our family in your duas, InshaAllah.
