Thanks for being on the page I will attempt to do this world famous triathlon with not enough training secretly hoping that I will be eaten by a shark to save me doing the bike and run. It is at it sounds. swim from Alcatraz to San Fran. Cycle up some stupid steep hills. Then finish by running in deep sand up a 400 step sand ladder and into retirement. I am doing this in memory of my wonderful mother in law Carol and to help funds towards the people that work so hard for MND.
