I am not a runner, nor do I particularly like getting muddy but here we are, signed up for the West London Tough Mudder. 

Where are your hard-earnt pennies going?

I am supporting the fight against Motor Neurone Disease; a debilitating, fatal condition that affects the brain and spinal cord and can leave sufferers locked in a failing body. Six people are diagnosed in the UK every day and over half will die within two years. There is currently no cure.

So please spare a couple of pounds at the beginning of that paycheque and sponsor me and my attempt to run 15k and get my 5ft3 frame over 30 very large muddy obstacles.
