Story

We would like to extend huge thank you to BARCLAYS who have supported our skydive. DIOLCH YN FAWR

We've done it!... 2 months on and we've jumped from a perfectly good plane hurtling 2 football pitches every second towards the ground! And as scary as it sounds, we would do it all over again... we loved every second and would love to thank you all once again for all the support you have shown us both in our fundraising efforts; we hit and smashed our target with your help so DIOLCH YN FAWR!

Please carry on giving if you can - or if you wanted to do one yourself give development@wmc.org.uk an email and you can experience what we did!!
Diolch yn fawr pawb!

On 24th July 2010, we'll be jumping out of a plane from a height of 12,000 feet at 120mph. Here's why we're doing it:

Each year, Wales Millennium Centre works with around 1000 children from schools in economically deprived areas around . As part of the Education programme, schools are invited to make visits to the Centre to participate in free arts workshops and to attend performances in the Donald Gordon Theatre – many of them for the very first time. As the Centre’s Learning & Participation programme expands, even more people will engage in its work, enabling individuals of all ages and backgrounds to develop an interest in the arts which will hopefully last a lifetime.

Please help us to contribute towards Wales Millennium Centre by giving whatever you can ... otherwise we might chicken out, and where's the fun in that?!

Diolch yn Fawr.
