On Ian's birthday what's on 4th April IL be doing a sky dive @ Peterlee in Ian's memory and also to raise money for mind.  

I want to raise awareness of mental health in men and to show that men's minds matter and no one should ever suffer in silence like Ian did. 

Mental health has affected so many people in the last 12 months even people who have never suffered before. We all need to stand together and support eachother.  Even if it's just a couple of pound you donate it all adds up and every little helps.
