We raise funds to provide refuge for unwanted animals

Story

** new date of 26th August **

So here goes!!

After a year of lockdown, we thought why not jump out of a perfectly good aeroplane... So that's what we are doing!

And for a bloody good cause!

Craig and I (Sally / Sal Bean, Design Bean) will be part of a team completing a tandem parachute jump on 12th August this year to raise essential funds for Ferne Animal Sanctuary to care for animals in needWe will be jumping from 15,000ft (yikes!!) - and if I remember rightly, I am a little scared of heights!! But, it's for such a good cause we could not miss this, not after the last year!

The last year has been incredibly difficult and every single donation will help Ferne continue to provide a vital safety net for unwanted and abandoned animals. We need to raise £350 each but whatever we don't raise we will top up from our own pockets.

About the charity

For the last 80 years Ferne has been providing care and refuge for unwanted and abandoned animals in the South West of England. Located in Somerset we are home to over 300 long-term residents, and rehome cats and dogs within a 40 mile radius.
