Since founding in 1964, Blackburn Unit have worked with 1000’s of young adults to offer a different adventure. Blackburn Sea Cadets are part of the Sea Cadets – a national youth charity that works with 14,000 young people at 400 units across the UK. At a local level we work with young people aged between 10 and 18 to offer a different kind of adventure. This includes offering offshore adventure to teenagers, on board its five vessels, at a heavily subsidised cost.
