On Saturday 30th August 2014, 5 volunteers from Girlguiding Bristol & South Gloucestershire - Lorna Lee, Keith Bonham, Sara Berryman, Lynsey Harris and Sonia Robertson - will be doing a 15,000 feet tandem skydive.  Their aim is to raise the final £10,000 that is needed to complete the fit out of our new accommodation at Briarlands, our County Campsite.

As a County we have been fundraising for three years to build this new accommodation.  We have so far raised a fantastic £400,000 and our accommodation has been built (see gallery for photos).  We now just need to raise the final funds to enable us to fit it out with fixtures and fittings, furniture and equipment.   Once complete, our new accommodation will make our County campsite accessible to even more of our members and other members of the community.
