I'm not the fastest cyclist or the fastest walker , more of a steady stroller, but that's about to change over the next 6 months, as I join my Lubrizol colleagues to accumulate some mileage and raise some funds for Mind along the way! 

My personnel challenge is to complete 100 mile each month over the next six months, and if my knees hold up!  have a go at completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks!
