Story

We are raising money for the Breast Unit at St Margaret's Hospital because we feel it's an amazing cause and want to give our support as much as possible.

We are fundraising to support breast cancer trials, research, and to help fund support programmes for patients at the Epping Breast Unit.

(Some of us) aren't the most experienced runners & we've really been putting in the hours to get those miles in legs, ready for the big day!

We really appreciate any donations you're able to give to this fantastic cause & would love support on the day if you fancy a day out in sunny London - we like a banner too!

The Breast Unit at St Margaret's Hospital is responsible for all outpatient clinics, breast assessment clinics, screening, research, breast care nursing and mammography services, run by a specialist multidisciplinary team of support staff, nurses and consultants.
The Breast unit was established in 1980 and has gradually progressed to its present status, as a centre of excellence with approximately 300 patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer a year.

Please feel free to spread the word on social media, we need all the help we can get.

Thanks in advance,

We support patients, our people and visitors at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, St. Margaret’s Hospital and Herts and Essex Hospital. We provide support that is beyond the scope of the NHS, for example purchasing special equipment, improving facilities and investing in vital research.
