Story

In 2021, a very close friend, Kay, was diagnosed with nasal cavity cancer. The diagnosis and treatment has completely changed her life.

Before the radiotherapy Kay completed marathons for 'fun' and was the pillar of her family. Fast forward to 2022 and now even walking to the park is a struggle. The treatment has completed changed her, taking its toll on her to the point she has chronic fatigue and any activity leaves her feeling exhausted.

Kay has vowed to do this challenge, therefore we are prepared to match her enthusiasm and strong willed attitude to walk beside her.

We are dedicating our time and effort into raising funds and awareness for Macmillan who's support and advice has been invaluable to her and many others during their journey.

I hope that you can help us achieve our goal.
