Almost 3 years ago I lost my great friend from my childhood. After that, I did wonder if I could do anything to stop him, call him, visit him, email him, anything.... 

In 2021 over 5500 people take they own live in UK only, this is over 3 times more than number of people died in car accidents. 
Last year I did "Mental First Aid " training, where they focus on preventing suicide. This year I'm fundraising money for Samaritans, charity who helping people who thinking about taking they lives. Samaritans advertise and installing direct phones on "hot spots" across  UK, running 24/7 phone line, trying to increase awareness, tackle root of the issue.
