Story

We are fundraising for the 'Going for Gold' Challenge set by England Hockey and Alzheimers Research UK, in support of Imran Sherwani who is living with Alzheimer's disease. Imran who scored two goals in the final when Great Britains mens hockey team won gold at the 1988 Games, has inspired so many of us in the hockey community and beyond. Thank you so much for your support, every penny we raise will help fund life-changing dementia research.

We will be raising money for Imran, an ex-Slough HC player, at our Mixed Festival July 30 - Aug 1. All you have to do is nominate as many players as you wish for the showgame on Saturday. Each player taking part to donate £10 minimum to play going towards this worthwhile cause.

We will also have collections throughout the weekend, so please give generously. Or you can just share this page or donate - every penny counts!
