An email came round the other day, alerting readers to Smart Works Newcastle's spin challenge and, as (more or less, sometimes a lot less) keen cyclists on the road and spinning at the gym, we decided to rise to that challenge.  Go us, five of the many smartcookies @Newcastle University.
