The Children Community of Manta · 30 September 2019

The Manta people live on the banks of Patwakali, Bangladesh. They have been landless for over 3 generations without education, sanitation, and shelter. Their lives are intertwined with their small boats and they call the open river their home.

Story

WHATTUP MY GUSHTI!

Please help me build a boat school for the Manta Children. The Manta community live in Patwakali, Bangladesh and are landless. For 3 generations (100 years) they have habitated on small boats. The Manta children have no choice but to work as with their parents, usually starting at 4am and often working for 10-12 hours. Insha'Allah by building a boat school, we can help them break free from their current situation and with your help we can help them make their long term dream to be on land again a reality.

100% of your donations will be used for this project to support the Manta community to build a boat school.

Huge love! Thank you all for your support,
