Story
I’m running 26.2 miles! I’m not good at running It hurts and I’m dreading it, it’s not going to be pretty.
Please everyone know it’s OK not to be OK - please talk, the world is a better place with you in it.
I am raising money for Young Minds - why?? Our young people need support there is so much pressure out there social media, pressure from school, from home, from work, peer pressure - Life is difficult!
Rhys Shearan Age 20, Matthew Jones age 17, Matthew Humphreys age 13 and Ruth Cursons age 17. Life got too much and all the wonderful things that awaited them were taken away. The devastation left behind is unbearable so many questions what if? why? what could have been said? what could have been done? These young people were adored by their family and friends, if only they knew how much they were loved.
Hey everyone It’s Ok not to be Ok - absolutely nobody is normal - there is no such thing. Please talk to your friends talk to your family, TALK.
