Hello awesome people and massive thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I decided that I wanted to embrace another challenge this year and with my love for getting muddy and taking part in adventure races I thought why not tackle the big one and do the Spartan Ultra Beast. So it is 50km plus obstacles in Scotland.

Realistically I will be 'on course' for 12 hours...

The reason it is also a challenge is that I attempted this race 2 years ago and had to be pulled off course. I vowed that I would 100 percent come back and conquer the race -so here I am!

I decided that I also wanted to raise money for Mind because it is a brilliant charity and mental health is so important and it is all about creating that awareness and supporting people.  

I would be so grateful if you could support me in this journeyand I will conquer this "beast" and in true Foley style willl do it in some form of fancy dress!
