I was introduced to the charity projects carried out by the "One Foundation" at work. The projects cover issues such as Water, Hygiene and Sanitation, to Sustainable Livelihoods.

From the 8th till 12th October, I am going to living on a maximum of £1 per day for Food and Drink to help towards these.
