We did it!
We successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro (Uhuru Peak at 7.30am on 12 June 2022) in support of Team Endeavour, a UK registered charity, that raises money and awareness for children and families of the armed forces who are suffering through illness, hardship and poverty.
Martin has been a Patron of Team Endeavour since May 2017 and has seen first hand the difference that this agile charity can make to peoples' lives.
It's not too late to donate!
The trip was self funded with the aim of raising as much money as possible for Team Endeavour. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and the highest single free-standing mountain in the world: 5,895 meters above sea level and about 4,900 meters above its plateau base.
Michael is studying for a Masters in Film Documentary at the University of South Wales and filming the climb for the charity.
