SMMS & Delphinium are joining forces to tack Mud, Waves and Mountains at Surf Snowdonia this year... We will be fighting waves, jumping from great heights, fighting through a muddy battlefield and finishing off with a run up the notoriously steep Dalgarrog Water Pipe incline (which looks horrendous!!).

MIND is a charity close to all of our hearts, having all seen people close to us suffer with mental health issues. We are hard at training to do everyone proud and make it past that finish line -any donations are hugely appreciated!
