Completed the Podplus 3 lakes 5K in 28 minutes and 16 seconds. Of road is harder than I thought but I completed my target of breaking 29 minutes-just!

Ashford 5K today! The rain's horizontal-must be summer!

I am raising money for Pilgrims Hospice in Ashofrd Kent, as they were brilliant when looking after Val, a great Mum, Nana and my Mother-in-law (some of them aren't that bad you know!) I am also remembering my Mum, Anne Moss who passed away in September 1997 from cancer.

Cancer touches us all and it takes away loved ones, and many way too soon.
