By taking part in National Elf Service Day we're helping to spread some festive cheer to patients and staff at Bristol and Weston hospitals, including our brilliant Bristol Children's Hospital - whether that's giving them a tree to decorate, a hot Christmas dinner to eat or a present to open. We have known thousands of children and families at Snapdragons including some who have needed to be cared for at the Children's Hospital and we believe that illness shouldn't stop children enjoying the same chances for fun and excitement as their friends.
