Story
When Arik and Alex heard that the VLA were scaling Mighty Snowdon for World Rabies Day we couldn't believe our luck. At last, a chance to prove that lily-livered policy types could keep pace with the elite (well, veterinary scientists). And all in a good cause... www.rabiescontrol.net which aims to prevent human rabies deaths and alleviate the burden of rabies in animals across the world.
If the thought of the two of us puffing up Snowdon wasn't enough to elicit a small donation, as an added incentive Arik will be carrying the Kennedy Report (which provided the advice that led to the setting up of the Pet Travel Scheme) and Alex will be reciting the most poetic sections of Regulation 998/2003 from the summit.
