We are raising funds for Maggie’s Oxford.

Claire is walking to raise funds in the name of Gail Grero a friend that touched her life when she lived in Sri Lanka and who is sadly no longer with us on earth having been taken by Cancer.

Maggie's offers free practical, emotional and social support for people with cancer and their families and friends. The first Maggie’s Centre opened in Edinburgh in 1996 and since then Maggie’s has continued to grow, with over 22 centres at major NHS cancer hospitals in the UK and abroad.
Maggie's Oxford is in the grounds of the Churchill Hospital and is open Monday to Friday, offering professional support to people with cancer and their loved ones.
