This amazing service detailed above is specifically to enhance the lives of young people with a learning disability. Jordan, Matthew, Aimee and Sophie are adapting to their new and long term environment with the help of their very hardworking carers, Ann, Jodie, Laura, Lucy and Angela. The supported living service is a twenty-four-seven service and depends on our generosity and goodwill. Please consider giving a donation to assist this wonderful facility at Chester Road.
