Paddy and Andy from the SOAR - Stay Out and Recover - Substance Misuse service at HMP Altcourse will be participating in the Race the Sun in the Lake District. They will be cycling 50 miles through the hills, and trekking up and down Helvellyn and canoeing across Lake Thirlmere. Starting at sunrise the challenge must be completed before sunset and we are motivated by raising money for wonderful cause.
