Solly Cup 2019 is a football match between teams representing Millfields and Rushmore schools. The games will be held on the Millfields Park pitch, close to Fletching Road. For anyone who doesn’t know the background, these games are held annually in the memory of Solly Vesamia, father of three and a keen footballer, who sadly died of a rare disease in 2013. At the request of Solly’s widow Sham who runs A&S Cycles in Chatsworth Road, we’ll be raising funds this year for Hackney Shed. 

"Hackney Shed is a performing arts group for young people. We believe that every member of the group has something special to offer to the development of the art, and the development of the group. Hackney Shed works hard to provide an exciting, vibrant, creative and accepting place for children and young people to come together, share ideas and produce exciting theatre". 

Please give what you can and come down and support us on Saturday 13th July 2019. There will be a children’s match at 3:30pm followed by an adults’ match at 4:30pm.
