Hey guys,
Soltek Sessions is a brand new club night in London that offers an antidote to the over-priced, generic parties that we're all tiring of. At our events you can expect music with a strong emphasis on both quality and diversity, that spreads across the whole electronic spectrum. We return for our next instalment on Friday 23rd April, this time in aid of The British Red Cross Haiti Earthquake Appeal, a fantastic worthy cause:
A month on from the horrific disaster and reports say that the death toll has reached around 240,000. Haiti is one of the poorest countries situated in the western hemisphere, what's more the relief effort has been hindered by severe damage to roads and communications, and now the country is facing the start of the rainy season so as you can tell Haiti is still a country very much in need of your help.
This is how your donation can help:
£15 Could provide five mosquito nets to protect a family of five
£30 could provide three tarpaulin sheets to help those who have had their homes destroyed
£50 could provide hygiene kits for three families affected by the earthquake
Here at Soltek we decided to set up this page for people who may not be able to attend our event but would still like to contribute to this invaluable cause. We do hope however that you can all join us on Friday 23rd April @ The Gramaphone for an immense night featuring some of London’s promising, up and coming DJ’s. Not only that but we also have Hospital Records legend NU: TONE gracing the turntables for what promises to be a big set!
