I just want to help even if it's just a little.

Integrating into normal civilian life after being on duty for so long is extremely difficult. It's almost like a different state of being, you no longer always need to be alert and ready for action. Veterans struggle with their integration and don't always have the luxury to rely on their families when they return.

They have done a lot for us so I think it's only right to return the favour.

I know that my contribution alone won't help much but if we each do a little, it can become a lot.

So if you can please help a little as well.
