Songbound is a music outreach initiative that uses singing to reach out to India's most impoverished children via collaborative ongoing projects with schools, choirs and professional musicians worldwide. 

To date Songbound runs nine choirs in various slum areas of Mumbai and Bangalore. Since starting to sing the children have shown significant signs of development in confidence, focus in learning and diminishing aggression.

 

Music is not a luxury. It is central to who we are and how we feel.
