Two year old Mojo was taken into the vets in extreme discomfort. After finding out he needed further treatment the owners decided to euthanise, but thankfully instead signed him over to Happy Endings. He is going to the specialists this afternoon.

Story

The current situation we are in has put a strain on everyone from the amazing incredible NHS workers Care workers, Key workers,  through to the people working from home now,  to the rest of us with no work at all and filling our days trying to keep positive when money is short and future uncertain.

My thoughts often turn to all the small charities we rely on throughout the year I regular use them I guess we all expect them to just be there when we need them, But just like all our small businesses time is very uncertain for these very important charities who make our communities what they are .

So my plea is for anyone to give what they can for one of the charities who work tirelessly for there charity

A POEM FOR THEM...

Happy Endings Rescue
An insight to what they do
Animals neglected dumped abandoned and lost
This charity takes them on at whatever the cost

To help, respect and give love and care
At times I'm sure they just despair
The cruelty and sadness they must see every day
But they find the strength to carry on until they are ok

Cruelty to animals to me,  breaks my heart
It brings me down oh boy where to start
Without the kindness of people and the charities they run
My heart breaks for all the animals they save and what would become.

Cruelty to animals is very real but desperately sad
A harmless animal to be beaten starved and just treated so bad

Maybe one day everyone will respect and love animals and start to learn
What joy they can bring us, the worry is they will not that is my dread and concern

So without the passion and strength of these people
There is no hope and these animals will crumble and fall.

Say thank you to this charity and your local ones too
Give what you can so there tomorrow will be safe so they can do the amazing work they do .

Thank you to all the heroes of animals for all your dedication and time so much respect to you all .
