So my name is James, I'm 27 and I'm from York.

If you know me in the slightest, it will be no surprise to you that "Sonic the Hedgehog" has been a huge part of my life.

 The Speedy blue rodent and his amalgamation of games,comics,TV shows and real life communities have got me through a lot of ups and downs for over 20 years, so this year I am going to use my favourite hobby to make a difference.

I shall be playing through as many sonic games as i possibly can in a single session of 24 hours, and I will be  livestreaming the whole event , so don't forget to check the following link to tune in.

That's my plan anyway, now all I need is a little help from you guys .
I'm aiming to raise just £250 for Martin's House - a wonderful charity that provides family-led care and support for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

24 hours seems like a really long time, but this challenge is just merely a testament to the full time hard work and support that these guys give. Endurance for endurance.
