In aid of Bone Cancer Research UK I'm running a Tough Mudder this summer. Tough Mudder is a 20k long race lined with obstacles of all levels of intensity, variety and cruelty. Along the course I will run, climb, jump, dive, swim, crawl, drown in mud, be electrocuted and otherwise get dirty from top to bottom and make a complete fool of myself, all in order to raise money for this wonderfully good cause. Together we can beat cancer sooner! Every step of the way.
