Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page in memory of my brother Mark. 

I lost my brother Mark in 2013 to suicide, he suffered with mental health issues for many years due to PTSD. Unfortunately not enough support was available for Mark following his time in the army and he battled many demons. Mark served in Bosnia, Germany, Northern Ireland South Africa and Canada.

On average each week 22 veterans are sadly taking their own lives because of this disorder. So this is our way of raising awareness of PTSD and other mental health related issues our troops are suffering with.

My 9 year old daughter Abigail is taking my part in the 22 push ups for 22 days challenge in memory of her Uncle Mark. All donations will go to combat stress to support soldiers facing their own battle of PTSD.
