Assalamualaikum, its us again, Alhamdulillah following our previous efforts to help those less fortunate, we have now launched our latest appeal ‘Soothe A Sister’ with 100% of the funds forwarded to Ummah Welfare Trust.
This appeal has been commissioned with an idea that us, as a community can sponsor and cater to the needs of our widow sisters.
£30 a month provides a stricken sister with her daily essentials, ensuring she need not beg or lose her modesty.

Our initial target is 7 widows, £30 each a month, £2520 for the year, that’s only 100 of us giving £25 each and our target is achieved and if Allah wills, exceeded.
Allah has likened the one who looks after a widow to the one who makes the biggest of sacrifices, sacrifices that Allah has promised the choicest of rewards with, surely Allah does not fail in his promises… What’s stopping us?
