Towards the end of last year Susie and I decided we were up for a challenge in 2018! We wanted to do something that would test our limits while also raising money for two charities very close to our hearts.  Plus we get to have a good old chin wag along the way!

Susie has chosen to support Macmillan Nurses and I have chosen Alzheimer's Society and on 11th August 2018 we will take part in the Wye Valley Challenge walking 55km/34 miles along the England/Wales boarder from Chepstow to Ross-on-Wye.

So many of us are affected by Dementia .....I have had family members who have had it and know the heartache of watching a loved one deteriorate as every day tasks become more and more difficult and memory blurred.  I am doing this walk for all of you.
